BuildCommand uses the details you enter to calculate your estimate and create a customer quote.
Saved on this device
Your current draft is saved automatically in this browser. It includes your business details, customer contact information, job details, prices, notes and truck quantities. Your business profile is also saved for the next estimate. Closing the page does not clear these details, and drafts do not sync between devices.
On a shared device, choose New estimate when you finish to replace the draft and clear its customer and job details. Your business details remain filled in. To remove those too, clear this website’s stored data in your browser settings. Save any PDF you need first.
PDFs and email
Choosing Download PDF or Email me the PDF sends the current estimate to this website’s server to check the calculation and create the document. The estimator does not keep a server-side history of your estimates or save generated PDFs as website files.
Email is sent only to the estimator address you enter in the form. The customer is not emailed automatically. Check that address before sending. Copies in your downloads, inbox or sent/forwarded messages remain there until you remove them. Email services may retain delivery records and copies according to their own settings. A submission message confirms the email request, not delivery to your inbox.
Operating the service
The site uses temporary request records and protected hashes of network addresses, recipient addresses and session tokens to limit repeated PDF and email requests. These records do not contain the estimate contents. Hosting, security and email services may also keep operational logs.
